このポジションについて We are looking for a proactive Supply Planner to support regional supply chain operations and ensure smooth, efficient product delivery. This role involves developing and executing supply plans, monitoring inventory, and collaborating across teams to align supply with business priorities.

職務内容

• Assist in the development and review of long-term supply plans, ensuring accurate data and alignment with demand forecasts.
• Execute mid- and long-term planning activities, including MPS, RCCP, and DRP, for the region.
• Monitor supply network performance, identify constraints or under-utilizations, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support inventory management by reviewing policies, tracking slow-moving items, and monitoring obsolete stock.
• Identify finished goods requirements and prepare allocation proposals based on business priorities and market needs.
• Provide detailed inputs and reports for regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP), ensuring alignment of supply and demand.
• Collaborate closely with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to ensure supply availability and resolve issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply planning efficiency and accuracy.

• Experience in supply chain management, supply planning, and S&OP/IBP processes.
• Knowledge of network/supply planning and material planning.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics and BI tools.
• Process improvement and project management experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Native Japanese and conversational level English
