What You´ll Do
- Own and further develop IT solutions for label artwork and workflow management, covering the full application lifecycle
- Translate business needs into clear solution concepts and lead related projects together with global teams in Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Global Business Solutions
- Improve processes by identifying optimization potential and implementing best‑practice and innovative digital solutions
- Coordinate internal and external partners to ensure smooth delivery, stable operations, and continuous improvement
- Provide guidance to users and support change management to ensure successful adoption of new solutions
- Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in Label Artwork, New Product Introduction, or Marketing content management
- Solid experience in application management and familiarity with agile ways of working (e.g., Azure DevOps or Jira)
- Strong understanding of workflow design, process management, and data management tools
- Experience with SAP is a plus; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Wave, Esko or other label artwork systems is appreciated
- A hands‑on mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross‑functional teams
- Motivation to drive improvements and work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
