About This Position 本ポジションでは、国内拠点で製造された製品の出荷手配および物流オペレーションの管理を担当いただきます。

社内外の関係部門と密に連携しながら、物流の最適化や業務改善を推進し、安定したサプライチェーンの実現に貢献いただきます。

What You´ll Do

• 国内外向け製品の出荷手配および物流管理
• システムを活用した国内出荷の配車手配および進捗管理
• 出荷指示および各種物流関連書類の確認
• 倉庫・製造部門・サプライプランニング・カスタマーサービスとの連携
• 配車効率や積載率などのデータ分析および改善活動の推進
• 国内物流に関するプロジェクトの企画・推進
  
  

What makes you a good fit

Must have

• メーカーまたは3PLにおける物流業務経験（3年以上）
• 日本語で円滑に業務を遂行できる方; 英語：日常会話レベル以上
• 基本的なPCスキル（Excel：関数、ピボットテーブルなど）
• 周囲と積極的にコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を推進できる方
• チームワークを重視し、関係者と協働できる方
• 複数業務を整理し、優先順位をつけて対応できる方
  
  

Nice to have

• メーカーにおける物流管理経験（3PL／3PM管理含む）
• SAP（MM、LE、WMS）の使用経験
• 英語を使用したグローバルプロジェクトの経験
