- Assuming full-fledged end-to-end responsibility for the payroll operations
- Monitor absences, paid leave, overtime, bonuses, and other variable pay elements
- Reviewing and validating time & attendance records and ensuring accurate transfer into SAP payroll system
- Managing payroll-related legal deductions such as garnishments and private pension (BES / Auto-BES) processes.
- Assuming responsibility for the entry processes for newcomers as well as exit processes of leaving employees, will ensure all steps are aligned with the legal regulations and corporate guidelines of Henkel
- Preparing necessary reports, working in close cooperation with the Finance Team on the reporting
- Managing local benefits including Private Pension, Health Insurance and Life Insurance
- Acting as one of the key contact people between HR Operations and business units
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
- Ensuring company compliance with Labor Law, Social Security Institution (SGK), and İŞKUR regulation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2-3 years of solid payroll operations experience
- SAP knowledge is a must
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
- English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- A team player with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong communication and analytical thinking abilities
