What You´ll Do
- Evaluate and enhance existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.
- Solve short- and long-term process issues through solid root cause analysis and implement solutions.
- Investigate and address any technical issues or deviations in the production process to maintain smooth operations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, including standard operating procedures and technical specifications.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to implement identified improvements.
- Develop and implement process engineering and process safety guidelines tools and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferable in the chemical industry.
- Problem-solving skills to assess and improve manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage projects effectively, from conception to implementation, while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and convey complex technical information.
- Familiarity with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) preferred.
