About this Position The Data Requirement Engineer gathers analytical demands from the purchasing community and translates them into clear technical requirements. Acting as a first responder for urgent data issues, you ensure smooth handover to Data Analysts and oversee that final outputs meet expected quality and business needs

- Drive the FP digital strategy and roadmap in alignment with KAMs and key stakeholders
- Lead and manage digital and analytical projects end‑to‑end, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear analytical and digital requirements
- Design dataflows, datasets, dashboards, and digital products that enable data‑driven decisions
- Ensure high data quality through validation, integrity checks, and normalization support
- Generate analytical insights and identify trends within complex datasets
- Scout digital trends and propose innovative solutions for FP and Procurement
- Manage surveys, benchmarks, and new demand intake via the Digital Demand Steering Board
- Completed university degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, or another comparable quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, procurement, or digital transformation
- Strong project management and stakeholder‑management skills
- Advanced analytical and data‑modelling capabilities; proficiency in SQL/Python
- Fluent English skills; German is a plus
