About this Position Workday is replacing SAP HR as the central HR system at Henkel. For the Germany & Switzerland region (DE/CH), we are looking for an expert to support our team with the Workday implementation, as well as testing, data validation, and process stabilization.
What You´ll Do
What You´ll Do
- Support the Workday implementation for HR DE/CH in day-to-day operations and within the project context (e.g., organization, coordination, tracking)
- Contribute to testing activities, including test case management and data validation, and help ensure high data quality
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, the global Workday team, and external partners, acting as an interface to support implementation
- Assist with the documentation and optimization of HR processes and help build internal Workday capabilities (e.g., training materials, checklists, documentation, SharePoint structures)
- Support the creation of analyses/reports and assist with requirements management for HR reporting in the new system environment
- Contribute to knowledge transfer and the development of internal Workday expertise within the HR organization
- Successfully completed Master’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field)
- 4 years of professional experience in HR Operations, particularly in Personnel Administration, Payroll, and/or Recruiting (end-to-end)
- Solid hands-on experience with Workday (e.g., Core HR, Recruiting, Reporting, Compensation, or Talent); knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage, particularly in the context of migration/transition
- Initial experience in project work, ideally in HR IT or transformation projects
- Structured way of working, strong willingness to learn, and an interest in documenting and tracking processes thoroughly
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
