What You´ll Do
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

- Perform tests on incoming raw materials, in-process samples, finished product, field samples, etc.
- Determine adjustments to batches to bring them to specification.
- Complete SAP data entry transactions.
- Retest material for recertification.
- SPC Chart creation and entry of chart data
- Conduct Measurement System Analysis
- Create NCMRs for nonconforming material.
- Ability to unblock inspected material.
- Assist in problem solving and continuous improvement projects.
- Must understand and follow all initiatives and processes for Safety, Environmental, and Quality Standards as they pertain to job responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned (including support for other production operations).
- Housekeeping (this includes 5S)
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience including college lab coursework.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing environment in a quality or related function required.
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
- Comprehension of basic mathematical and science concepts.
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience in SAP.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and the ability to effectively manage time.
- Attention to detail skills to improve workplace productivity, efficiency, and performance.
