As the Regional PMO & Strategy Manager for the Operations & Supply Chain team of Adhesive Technologies, you will play a key role in strengthening project excellence across the IMEA (India, Middle East, and Africa) region. This dynamic role combines capital project governance, strategic project support, cross-functional collaboration, and capability building. You will partner closely with project teams, functional leads, and senior executives to ensure that capital initiatives are well-planned, well-governed, and aligned with strategic priorities. This role is ideal for someone with a structured and analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

What You´ll Do

  • Lead and deliver strategic projects at regional and global levels, driving business impact and alignment
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and influence decision-making through executive-level presentations
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration through improved processes, governance, and communication frameworks
  • Manage the capital project portfolio, including resource allocation, prioritization, and performance tracking
  • Lead capital projects through initiation and feasibility phases, ensuring strong structure and team setup
  • Drive continuous improvement through project audits, lessons learned, and implementation of best practices
  • Identify capability gaps and deliver targeted training and coaching to enhance project management excellence
  • Provide agile, hands-on project support and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, project management, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related disciplines) preferred
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree required
  • Experience in chemical or process industries is an advantage
  • Proven experience in strategy teams, strategy consulting, or strategic roles is highly valued
  • Prior exposure to operations, supply chain, LEAN methodologies, robotics, or automation is a plus
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and Copilot tools is preferred
