  • Lead Strategy & Qualification Excellence
  • Develop and implement a structured lead-handling and qualification framework.
  • Screen leads from digital campaigns, distributor networks, industrial inquiries, and application engineering channels.
  • Ensure effective prioritization of leads based on potential industry segments and application fit.
  • Online-to-Offline (O2O) Conversion Leadership
  • Own the strategy for converting online interest—forms, website leads, inbound inquiries—into offline sales engagements.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to refine digital messaging for adhesive product lines.
  • Optimize customer engagement workflows to increase conversion rates and shorten lead cycle time.
  • Business Mapping & Account Development
  • Lead detailed business mapping to understand complex industrial account organizations, production processes, procurement structures, and decision pathways.
  • Identify new business opportunities in strategic verticals and collaborate with Sales Engineers/Application Engineers for penetration strategies.
  • Team Building & Leadership (Future Expansion)
  • Establish the foundation for a scalable Inside Sales function—including SOPs, KPIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields (industrial product experience preferred).
  • 3-5+ years of Inside Sales, Lead Management, or Commercial experience, ideally in industrial adhesives, chemicals, or manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in pipeline building, lead conversion strategy, and B2B industrial customer engagement.
  • Experience leading teams or preparing for a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes, adhesive applications, and manufacturing environments is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, etc.).
