About this Position Manage development and implementation of the Henkel Adhesive Technologies global Operations and Supply Chain strategy. The scope of work covers 100+ plants, over 10,000 employees and approximately 150,000 customers.

What you´ll do
- Manage development and implementation of global functional strategies (such as for Quality, Supply Chain, Digital Operations or Operational Excellence) in close collaboration with the respective functional leadership teams.
- Lead global change projects and transformational initiatives, such as technology selection and global roll-out, organizational transformations (design, skills assessment, process redesign), process design, change management or upskilling.
- Support senior management with organization of global communication fora, workshops and strategy retreats in line with the annual strategic cycle.
- Manage and track progress of the global portfolio of projects, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with senior management on all aspects of the organization’s Operations and Supply Chain policies and initiatives.
- Gather outside-in input regarding best-in-class Operations and Supply Chain trends and developments.
- Previous experience in strategy definition and implementation (management consulting or internal strategy role) is a must.
- Experience in Operations (e.g. manufacturing, quality management) or Supply Chain (e.g. logistics, supply/demand planning) is a must. At least 6 years of working experience.
- Master’s degree - any educational background is ok. Engineering or Business studies are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to build compelling storylines and presentations to facilitate senior management decision-making.
- Experience working with senior management, with the ability to successfully navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience in autonomously leading large transformation initiatives.
