About This Position

What you´ll do

• Coordination of export shipments from various European shipping locations
• Transport arrangements via Sea & Air considering consolidation/dangerous goods handling/low volume verification
• Disposition of the shipments to overseas customers & affiliates in line with requested and possible delivery times
• Handling, preparation and coordination of related shipping, trade, and customs documents
• Daily interaction with assigned freight forwarders and warehouses
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Min. University Degree in the field of Business Administration/Logistics or related field
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in SEA/AIR export transportation / fresh graduates are also welcome with
• Transportation/Logistics field of study
• Fluent knowledge of English language is required
• Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient at Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills
• Ability to adapt to changes
• Knowledge with SAP is an advantage
