What You´ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate a small Sales Controlling team (one member in Poland, one in the Baltic countries), ensuring continuity and knowledge retention.
  • Monitor sales performance and client profitability, providing guidance to the GM and Key Account Managers on business decisions.
  • Analyze trade investments and ensure proper and timely reflection in internal systems and tools (e.g., SAP, SPARK).
  • Manage the approval process for trade expenditures and customer-specific promotions, ensuring adherence to procedures.
  • Prepare DAP3 analyses, including proper cost allocation per client.
  • Support forecasting processes, ensuring predictability and accurate input in planning tools.
  • Summarize and convey actionable insights from internal and external data to support business decision-making.
  • Participate as a key partner in internal and external audits, providing transparency and relevant background information.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales controlling or financial roles within FMCG.
  • Experience in analyzing client profitability, budgets, and trade promotions.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in sales reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with GM, Sales Director, and Key Account Managers.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to make decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Experience in preparing business recommendations and implementing optimization actions.
  • Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (Excel, sales and budgeting systems).
