What You´ll Do

• Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products
• Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
• Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science or Engineering, or experience that is equivalent optional
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to communicate and collaborate at a high level
• Foster a safety first culture through training and coaching the team to follow and improve safety practices
• Must be able to communicate well verbally and in writing in English and Spanish
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
