What You´ll Do
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execute new technology/product development projects of thermal management materials.
- Work closely with global and regional customers and supplier partners.
- Lead innovation projects with ownership.
- Strengthen Henkel’s IP though patent development in thermal management materials.
- Contribute to new technology, digitalization, automation, sustainability and diversity.
- Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE and 5S standards, policies and procedures and manage the daily lab SHE and 5S work.
- Support operation on product scaleup, process optimization and quality.
- PHD or master’s degree in polymer science or material science.
- Deep know-how of Thermal management material technology, or silicone adhesive development or filler surface treatment.
- Fluent verbal & written communication in English.
