About this Position The Logistics, Planning & Operations Analyst (Quality Management) plays a vital role in ensuring the global supply chain operates on accurate, consistent, and compliant information. The purpose of this position is to safeguard the integrity of reporting and quality processes—so business leaders can rely on clear data and standardized practices when making decisions. You’ll work within a collaborative logistics and operations environment, partnering closely with global stakeholders, support groups, and cross-functional teams. The role offers a balance of analytical, process-oriented, and coordination work, with opportunities to influence how reporting and quality processes evolve. Success in this position means keeping reports dependable and timely, maintaining strong documentation and compliance standards, and proactively improving how quality-related processes support operational excellence at scale.
What You´ll Do

- Prepare, distribute, and ensure timely delivery of reports tailored to meet the business requirements of Henkel’s global supply chain
- Lead efforts in standardizing and improving reporting processes while investigating and resolving any issues related to report creation
- Maintain high data quality standards across all reporting activities to support informed decision-making
- Regularly update ISO documents, including desktop procedures and compliance-related documents, to reflect current processes
- Provide support for processes related to both reporting and transactional tasks, contributing to operational excellence
- Liaise with counterparts and Global Business and Customer Support Group to resolve disputes/issues
- Develop and implement new ideas and process enhancements to current process scope
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or other relevant courses
- Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in Quality, Planning & Support
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Power Query, and Power BI is required
- Having a background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and Project Management is an advantage; Must be proactive, analytical, and have good stakeholder management and presentation skills are required
- Excellent command of the English language in both spoken and written
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM - 12:00 MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
