About this Position The Logistics, Planning & Operations Analyst (Material Management) plays a key role in ensuring that planning decisions across the business are built on accurate, timely, and reliable data. This position exists to keep planning systems aligned with real-world product lifecycles and operational changes—so that supply planning can run smoothly, consistently, and with confidence. You’ll be part of a collaborative, international planning environment, working closely with colleagues in the Europe Planning Hub and connected functions. The team values structure, clarity, and proactive problem-solving, offering you the opportunity to influence process quality and planning effectiveness beyond day-to-day execution. Success in this role means anticipating gaps before they disrupt planning, improving how data flows through systems, and contributing to a more resilient and responsive supply chain setup.
What You´ll Do

- Integration of Planning Masterdata in APO planning system on time and in Quality
- Follow up on lifecycle changes reflecting them on time and in quality in planning tools
- Maintenance of Masterdata indicators in SAP system, working with PBI reports/tools to identify missing data maintenance
- Proactive management of missing masterdata/planning indicators to ensure smooth planning
- Working on process improvement and checking quality of inputs, of process changes to improve timelines or escalating issues if required
- Close collaboration with Europe Planning Hub
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Business /IT or Management-related courses
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in Supply Chain
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) is required
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in using Excel VBA; APO, Power BI and SAP Scripting is a plus
- Must be proactive, analytical and possess strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, with strong attention to detail
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
