About this Position We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Field Operation Manager to ensure strong execution in the traditional channel. This role focuses on helping teams perform at their best, making sure our portfolio is well represented in stores, and building solid relationships with key customers across high-volume, multi-location accounts.

- Maintain a strong presence in the field, for the regions in the responsibility area (İstanbul Asian side and West Black Sea region )
- Lead the launch and re-launch of products within distributor territories
- Ensure Perfect Store & Perfect Portfolio execution across retail touchpoints
- Manage trade budgets and oversee listing activities with precision
- Coordinate promotional activities to maximize reach and ROI
- Act as a trusted advisor to field teams, analyze market data and translating strategy into action, ensuring alignment with company priorities
- Closely follow in-store visibility, secondary placements, and catalogue participation
- Build and nurture relationships with high-impact customers
- University degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in sales, trade marketing, or field operations
- Based in Istanbul (Anatolian side) and open to frequent field travel across the West Black Sea region
- Proven sales experience is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel across the region and be hands-on in the field
- Valid driving license is a must
