- Support the execution of sourcing projects at a local and regional level, following guidance from the r-SPM Lead
- Assist in the use of digital procurement tools and systems to manage sourcing activities
- Help ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance for all sourcing events
- Conduct basic market research and supplier analysis to support sourcing decisions
- Collaborate with regional teams (e.g. r-CTM) to gather category and supplier insights
- Support communication with suppliers for information gathering and follow-ups
- Assist in resolving basic operational issues and escalate more complex cases when needed
- Contribute to non-sourcing initiatives such as sustainability or internal projects
- Prepare reports and updates for sourcing activities and project tracking
- Continuously learn and build knowledge on different categories (CTs) and sourcing processes
- Bachelor’s degree completed (Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related fields preferred)
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- 1+ year of experience in procurement
- Basic understanding of procurement or sourcing processes
- Familiarity with Excel and/or procurement tools (SAP, Ariba or similar is a plus)
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, regional environment
- Proactive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
