About this Position This role is responsible for managing core HR operations with a focus on C&B, payroll coordination and learning-related processes. The position ensures compliance with HR governance, including policy management with labor regulations and global standards. It also involves data analysis and reporting, while supporting total rewards initiatives and continuous process improvements. What You´ll Do
What You´ll Do
- Responsible for C&B operations and training/learning-related operations
- Coordinate payroll-related processes with Payroll team and other stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Outsourcing vendor)
- Responsible for HR governance, including policy review and update, alignment with global guidelines, labor regulation (e.g., rules of employment), and statutory training compliance
- Responsible for data analysis and reporting Support total reward-related initiatives, including policy implementation and process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience (at least 2 years of experience in payroll and total rewards is a must)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and eager to learn, adapt and collaborate in professional work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and able to handle confidential HR information
