What You´ll Do
What You´ll Do
- Execute day-to-day activities related to LATAM Customer Service operations in the area of HCB - including processing incoming requests and reviewing credit note approvals prior to credit creation
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all assigned tasks, including debit and credit note creation activities and related reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
- Manage business partners through governance calls and by leveraging tools and process pulse checks to ensure alignment and performance
- Provide operational and ad hoc support, collaborating on team projects and initiatives as required
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall process efficiency, quality, and effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field; other relevant courses may be considered
- Preferably with a minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting, or related operational processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with SAP and Salesforce is highly preferred
- Background in Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and digital skills such as VBA Macros, SAP scripting, Power BI, or Python is an advantage
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; strong team player with high attention to detail and solid administrative skills
- Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM), report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati), and following LATAM Holidays
