What You´ll Do
This position builds on existing experience and supports continued development as a trusted partner to customers.
- Developing a strong understanding of the adhesive product portfolio and clearly communicating its value
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts by understanding customer processes, needs, and challenges
- Identifying opportunities to develop tailored adhesive solutions for customer and market requirements
- Preparing and delivering customer presentations and contributing to commercial discussions
- Spending time on site with customers to build long term relationships
- Monitoring market developments and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Working towards defined sales targets and contributing to sustainable revenue growth
- Capturing and sharing customer feedback with internal teams to support continuous improvement
- Collaborating closely with application engineering, certification, and other internal teams to support technical and certification needs
This role is suited to someone with a solid foundation who is ready to develop further.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, chemistry, science, wood technology, business, or a related field
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in sales, technical sales, customer facing, or commercial roles, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
- Confidence communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
- A structured, proactive, and customer focused way of working
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region to visit customers, as well as regularly to the Düsseldorf and Stockholm headquarters
- Interest in sustainable solutions, innovation, and practical applications
- Experience using CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and standard business tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional Nordic languages are an advantage
