What You´ll Do

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising, developing, and accountability of the maintenance hourly staff in a way that promotes the safety and reliability of the plant’s personnel, manufacturing systems, and utilities. Primary responsibilities include ensuring compliance to local and international standards.

  • Lead, coach & develop plant team and talent management for the shopfloor.
  • Participate in daily meetings (ADOR/MDOR/PDOR); drive positive communication, give clear direction, and execute facility priorities.
  • Drive overall plant health through Preventive Maintenance (PM) compliance.
  • Prioritize equipment repairs in order of impact to regulatory, safety, and production.
  • Establish and maintain a work center safety program IAW Henkel and OSHA standards.
  • Evaluate the quality of maintenance, training, and personnel qualifications, track training requirements and ensure training documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Conduct On-the-Job training (OJT)/certifying as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Maintenance KPIs .

What makes you a good fit

  • 4-year technical degree preferred.
  • 7 + years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Aptitude with computer systems including email, database entry, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with maintenance systems strongly preferred. e.g. SAP
  • Troubleshooting experience with PLC and mixing equipment preferred.
  • Siemens, Foxboro, and Rockwell operating systems preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience required.

The salary for this role is $77,000.00 - $107,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
