About This Position
- As the regional Customer Quality leader, you will champion customer centricity and be the single point of accountability for Customer Quality performance across a diverse set of customers.
- You will lead teams, shape & deploy strategy, resolve high‑impact customer issues, and collaborate globally to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable customer satisfaction.
- Champion customer centricity by acting as the primary Quality partner to customers, Operations, and regional Business leadership.
- Set and drive the regional Quality agenda, translating Henkel and customer strategies into impactful, long‑term initiatives that improve quality, customer satisfaction, and competitiveness.
- Lead and develop the regional Customer Quality (CQ) team, providing coaching, training, and mentorship across core CQ processes, including customer complaints, requirements, specifications, and agreements.
- Ensure strong understanding and execution of customer requirements by developing tailored approaches and enabling best‑practice sharing and process standardization.
- Drive performance through data, overseeing CQ KPIs, customer satisfaction metrics, and reporting to identify improvement opportunities and set clear targets.
- Own critical customer quality issues, leading cross‑functional and customer‑facing teams through transparent communication and effective, timely resolution.
- Collaborate globally, working closely with other regions and Global Networks of Experts to share, adopt, and scale Quality best practices.
- Optimize the total cost of Quality while supporting fast deployment of new technologies and innovations.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical discipline.
- Over 10 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in quality management and 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and FSSC 22000: with hands-on application in audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong English written, oral, and professional presentation skills.
- Proficient in standard quality tools and problem-solving methods: including 8D, Six Sigma, and FMEA, to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Lean & Continuous Improvement Expertise: Strong command of Lean principles and tools to optimize processes and drive measurable performance gains.
- Program & Project Leadership: Proven experience delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives on time and within scope.
- Global Stakeholder Leadership: Highly effective in influencing and aligning diverse, matrixed teams across regions and functions.
- Change & Culture Leadership: Demonstrated success driving cultural transformation through coaching, team development, and continuous improvement.
- Analytical Problem Solver: Strategic and data‑driven thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex business challenges.
- Execution‑Focused Mindset: High sense of urgency, accountability, and prioritization in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong Communicator & Influencer: Exceptional ability to translate between technical and business perspectives and engage all organizational levels.
