- Close cooperation with global BU Finance & Controlling and with cross-functional local and regional stakeholders
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting of financial and non-financial business performance metrics to global and regional stakeholders
- Engage with different workstreams to derive insight from data and co-develop new reports for increasing cost transparency
- Become an specialist in business reporting tools to maintain and improve existing or set-up new reports ensuring due diligence, data completeness and quality
- Drive continuous improvement and process harmonization, support simplification initiatives in collaboration with controlling & cross-functional stakeholders
- Support on ad hoc requests e.g. deep dive on cost line or analysis on specific process
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, data science or related field
- Experience in finance, business controlling, managerial accounting and related fields
- Active level of English (written & spoken)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must
- Proven hands‑on experience with Power Query is a must
- Solid knowledge of MS Office tools
- Strong analytical skills and business understanding is needed
- Attention to detail, customer orientation and collaboration skills
- Eager to learn and high flexibility
