What You´ll Do

• Builds, refines and periodically recalibrates the statistical models and algorithms based on business needs and sales behavior
• Tracks weekly / monthly / yearly evolution of key KPIs and identifies performance opportunities or risks
• Collaborates closely with dx in continuous improvements on models or other requirements
• Supports process excellence, adherence and standardization globally through data analytics
• Collects, processes, structures and analyses data from multiple sources with the aim to extract relevant insights
• Collaborates closely with other SC Planning teams and neighboring functions to refine the models and adjust them to region specifics
• Designing and implements continuous improvement actions in the analytical tools and technical processes Identifies issues to be tackled and performs the corresponding root cause analysis
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with a strong focus on Data Science; a Master’s degree in Data Science is considered an asset
• Min. 2 years of experience in a Data Science or related role; previous experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with effective communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is required; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment with colleagues across the globe
