About This Position Technical Customer Service

What you´ll do

• Technical Customer Service - Internal: Analysis of samples and substrates (both Henkel and Competitor), provide feedback - verbal and written - Receive complaint forms, investigates and warns against possible claims.
• Technical Customer Service External: Assist with customer trials, line assessments, etc - Assist with trouble shooting at customers
  
  

Assistance to Operations :

• Supervises and conducts QC test on initial production runs.
• Supervise plant batch
• Initiates and controls rework of redundant materials and rejected batches.
  
  

Administration :

• Initiates and compiles information for new product to be entered into internal systems (PIA Request/ ReMap).
• Assist QC/ Production with shelf-life extension,
• Rework instruction, etc.
  
  

Safety/ Housekeeping:

• Issues safety data sheets for own products, obtains data sheets for materials and advises customers and production. -
• Maintain designated work area in clean condition (Cleanliness of laboratory 5 S compliance) "
