What You´ll Do
What You´ll Do
- Drives sales development and growth with assigned customer portfolio and newly developed leads, where needed with new projects/development programs
- Executes local sales plans for assigned accounts in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers
- Manages new leads and lead qualification within assigned customer scope
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors
- Works closely with others and other Henkel departments to provide the best customer experience
- Executes pricing actions
- Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities
- Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account
- Performs regular check of Supplier Portals, including supplier news, quality / audit issues and production data updates of major accounts
- Manages special requests, including order release, credit limit, debit / credit / return goods
- Supports transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards, e.g. price and contract management in the IT-system (SAP)
- Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory. Territory: BENELUX, France, Spain, Portugal
- Education: engineering and material science preferred
- With previous experience in sales ideally with a technical background
- Language skills: English and Dutch are mandatory. French a plus.
- Strong communication skills
- Available to travel within the assigned territory (40%of your time)
