What You´ll Do

• Support the Global Digital Transformation team in rolling out AI initiatives across Henkel.
• Help communicate AI initiatives to a broad internal audience through internal channels (Viva Engage, SharePoint, email).
• Assist in organizing meetings, workshops and enablement sessions related to AI tools such as Adobe Firefly or HeyGen.
• Support the preparation of materials, presentations and surveys to help employees understand and adopt AI tools.
• Help gather feedback and support the internal AI community, encouraging knowledge sharing across teams.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Availability for a 12-month internship in Barcelona (Immediate availability and the right to work in Spain is a must).
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain topics to different audiences.
• Experience in multicultural/international corporate environment is an advantage
• Interest in AI tools and digital innovation (e.g., ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Adobe Firefly).
• Interest in change management and helping teams adopt new technologies.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable working on multiple tasks in parallel.
• Education in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Management
