What You´ll Do

• Support in day-to-day business
• Accomplishes tasks as directed by supervisor(s)
• Supports processes/operations of the respective Henkel team
• Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
• Operational Support: Assisting the logistics team with daily tasks
• Documentation: Handling transportation documentation (e.g., EKÁER processes)
• Reporting & Analysis: Preparing regular reports for transport planning
• Coordination: Assisting and coordinating shipments flow
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Students with ongoing studies with active student status in Logistics or Supply chain management
• Very good knowledge of English
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of PowerBI would be an advantage
• Curious, passionate, proactive and goal-oriented
