About this Position Based in Jakarta, this role drives key account management and business development across Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, and the Philippines. Working closely with regional teams, the position executes account strategies, develops opportunities in upstream and midstream Oil & Gas projects, and manages commercial execution to deliver sustainable growth across the region.

- Defines and executes target account strategy with regional teams to ultimately achieve annual sales target (SIP Plan)
- Business Development and Key Account Management for sub-regional territories (Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, Philippines)
- Builds and nurtures strong business relationship with EPC / End Users / Operators primarily in the Oil & Gas upstream and midstream sector focusing on greenfield projects
- Establish strong support to channel partners in defined territories - Identifies and monitor business opportunities primarily for the upstream, midstream market in defined territories
- Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfilment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
- Updating of CRM tool for opportunity tracking and monitoring vs demand forecast Sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.
- Engineering Degree with minimum 10 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas Services / Construction industry
- Strong Command in English (written and verbal)
- Relationship Management - building rapport with channel partners and client's key decision-makers to cultivate long term partnership
- Strategic Planning & Business Acumen - develop strategic plans for key accounts to drive business growth and identify new opportunities
- Negotiation Skills - ability to negotiate complex deals to reach a mutual beneficial agreement
- Consultative & Value Based Selling - understanding customers pain points and demonstrate the value of products / services / technical
- Analytical Skills - ability to interpret data trends to identify opportunities and provide business insights
- Communication & Presentation Skills - strong ability to clearly convey message via presentation, reports
- Project Management Skills - ability to manage multiple tasks (orders) and prioritizing demands from various accounts whilst meeting expectatioTeamwork - working across multiple departments and business units to ensure seamless business execution
