About This Position

  • As Brand/Senior Brand Manager focusing on marketing communication, own integrated marketing campaigns, drive social media communication and content seeding across Red Note and other mainstream platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build brand awareness, enhance brand reputation, and deliver measurable business results through creative, data-driven marketing strategies.

What you´ll do

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, maintain consistent brand positioning and key messaging.
  • Manage Red Note and social media operations, develop content strategy and grow digital influence. Lead brand seeding, KOL/KOC collaboration to drive organic reputation and conversion. Monitor campaign data, competition and trends, optimize strategy to improve ROI and brand influence.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure all projects deliver on time, on budget, high quality.

What makes you a good fit

  • Years of relevant experience: 4 to 8 years.
  • Academic background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Language: Fluent in both English and Chinese.
