About this Position The Global System User Support role plays a key part in keeping Henkel’s innovation engine running smoothly. By ensuring reliable access, data accuracy, and day-to-day stability of the Henkel Innovation Tool (HINT), this position helps teams around the world collaborate effectively and move innovation projects forward with confidence. You will be part of a collaborative Global Business Services environment, working closely with colleagues, business stakeholders, and process owners across regions. The role combines structured system administration with hands-on user support, offering exposure to global processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and change management efforts impacting a critical enterprise tool. It’s well suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across functions, and contributing behind the scenes to outcomes that matter at a global scale.
What You´ll Do
What You´ll Do
- Creation, update, removal, and maintenance of user’s accesses for Access Management within Henkel Innovation Tool (HINT), a global project management tool
- Basic configuration, technical bugs fixing, and troubleshooting within HINT (entering, updating, correcting data)
- Communication with system developers if necessary
- System administration and monthly report preparation related to processed tickets and runtimes
- Supporting project or change management impacting HINT and collaborating with GBS colleagues, business stakeholders, and process owners for specific requirements/requests
- Bachelor's Degree in any field; Preferably with IT background course
- Minimum of 3 (three) years of related work experience in Customer Service/Technical Support from shared services/BPO industry
- Knowledge in Henkel Innovation Tool or similar project management tools in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Preferably with experience in project coordination, technical troubleshooting, SAP MM (Materials Management), VBA, and Power BI
- Customer oriented, team player, time management, analytical, attention to details, stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
- Experience in process or tool improvement and issue resolution
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00PM to 10:00 PM) or (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
