About This Position What You´ll Do
- Plan and manage the replenishment of finished goods across various European countries (full planning responsibility for a specific technology portfolio within the region)
- Actively contribute to weekly planning cycles, Supply Reviews, S&OP meetings, and cross-functional project boards
- Develop and review Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) Collaborate closely with Henkel production plants, and cross functional teams (Production, Business Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Packaging)
- Make informed allocation proposals based on market needs and business priorities
- Monitor and manage inventory health, including optimization of stock levels, slow movers, scrapping, and obsoletes
- Monitor and manage service Product Availability and overall efficient End-to-End Supply Chain
- Proactively manage service level issues, supply shortages, and bottlenecks, escalating when necessary
- Analyze the supply network to identify constraints or underutilized capacity, proposing adjustments to the Supply Chain leadership
- Provide input for regional Supply Review Meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning performance
- Regional project management
- Continuously optimize processes and setup
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business Administration/Economics with focus on supply chain
- Min. 3-5 years of proven work experience in Supply Planning role or related planning field
- Fluent English (oral and written) is required
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills are required SAP APO planning tool knowledge is an advantage
- Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
- Project management experience is an advantage
