What You´ll Do
What You´ll Do
- Interaction with customers; the resource will be the first point of contact for external customers
- Management of Order-to-Cash processes (from order receipt to correct delivery and invoicing and any after-sales disputes)
- Collaboration with the rest of the team and other internal departments (Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics)
- Work with automated processes (EDI)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Good organisational skills (planning daily activities and managing priorities)
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP) and Service Cloud systems is considered a plus
- Italian is mandatory; a solid knowledge of English is required (many of the functions we interface with are based abroad)
