What You´ll Do
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end material flow across the supply chain
- Define and improve planning parameters and underlying processes
- Drive and/or represent planning in cross-network projects and Supply Chain initiatives
- Act as a go-to person for planning-related parameters and processes
- Collaborate closely with Supply Planning (SP) and R&P community, Business Process Owners, Logistics , depending on the projects Business Planning, 3PM etc.
- Support optimization of planning strategies and related parameters across the network
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset within the planning community
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally in planning or related fields
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Economics with SC focus preferred, Engineering)
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to operate at a higher level
- Proven continuous improvement approach, including experience in CI projects and process optimization
- Solid project management skills to drive optimization initiatives end-to-end
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Proactive and agile profile, constantly focused on identifying and driving improvements
