About this Position As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and creating customer value within a high-performing, collaborative team. You will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing customer initiatives in close cooperation with technical and cross-functional teams. Through effective opportunity management, pricing execution, and performance tracking, you will ensure the achievement of defined sales targets and KPIs while contributing to the company’s long-term success. What you´ll do

  • Manage Adhesives Technologies sales operations within the Packaging Adhesives Business Unit, with responsibility for
  • Paper Packaging, Tapes & Labels adhesive segments
  • Drive achievement of strategic sales targets by developing new business opportunities and ensuring sustainable growth through a value‑based selling approach
  • Coordinate and manage sales activities for the assigned customer portfolio
  • Prepare and implement action plans to increase sales volume, profitability, and market share
  • Manage and develop distributor relationships, ensuring both commercial and technical growth within the responsible area
  • Conduct market analysis to monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
  • Deliver defined KPIs including KP, OSG, and PC% targets in the assigned territory and/or customer accounts
  • Collaborate closely with global teams to support global key account management and contribute to new product development projects
  • Travel across Turkey as required to support customer trials, business development activities, and market analysis

What makes you a good fit

  • BSc/BA in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or other related department
  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in adhesive technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Open to team work and collaboration, eager to learn and flexibility to manage various business related difficulties
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Valid driving license and flexible for traveling
