About This Position

• Strengthen the technical service capability in Electronic Application in PIA market.
• Provide more efficient support to global and regional key account customers PIA market.
• Prepare technical support for protentional business growth in PIA market.
• Act as Adhesive solution in electronic which expert between customer and cross function team, e.g., PD, marketing, PM, PMI, etc.
  
  

What you´ll do

• Execute customer electronics PIA project with engineering expertise and bring solution.
• Develop new electronics application and service for potential business.
• Participate in innovation projects & cross functions department/SBU communications.
• Manage routine AE lab work (testing, SHE, Safety, ELN, etc.,).
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Major in Mechanical Engineering, Material engineering, Polymer…
• >3 years working experience in electronics Adhesives, familiar Power/IGBT/PCB industry is a plus.
• Fluent in mandarin and English, Good English speaking and writing.
• Experience with Potting/ECA/Thermal/coating technology including good knowledge of application equipment, computerized data collection and processing.
• Experience in acoustic package design is plus.
• Knowledge about adhesive in Power/IGBT/PCB industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated capability of problem solving and high analytical skills.
