What you´ll do
- Drive the implementation of global Facilities strategies across South LATAM, aligning local teams and stakeholders.
- Manage Facilities operations in Brazil, acting as the main point of contact for vendors and ensuring service quality and employee satisfaction.
- Develop and execute the Corporate Real Estate strategy, aligned with business needs and cost optimization.
- Oversee the execution of infrastructure standards and projects across Brazil, Chile, and Argentina, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Coordinate and support regional Facilities teams, ensuring alignment with global strategy and business priorities.
- Monitor operational and financial performance, including KPIs, reporting, invoicing, and cost control.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in Facilities services, scaling best practices across the region.
- Ensure high service quality through governance, site visits, audits, and vendor performance management (maintenance, cleaning, canteen, etc.).
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Extensive experience in governance of outsourced partners, including vendor performance management.
- Experience working with onshore and offshore vendors in regional or global setups.
- Strong influencing, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones with globally distributed teams.
- Previous leadership experience (team management, supervision, or team lead roles).
- Experience managing medium-scope, complex, and multi-country initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in dynamic environments.
