What You´ll Do
What You´ll Do
- Support Chronos query management by addressing questions and concerns received via the Chronos mailbox, ensuring timely coordination with stakeholders
- Assist in daily Chronos operations, including profile creations and basic system administration tasks
- Support Chronos reporting activities by proposing updates to BI reports and improving reporting design or UI/UX
- Coordinate with internal working groups by updating materials and maintaining SharePoint content
- Participate in deep-dive sessions and team meetings, documenting meeting minutes, key updates, and improvement ideas
- Work closely with the supervisor and assigned buddy through structured onboarding and hands-on learning
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge in MS Office 365 software is required; Reporting and analytics mindset, with an interest in BI reporting and data visualization
- Knowledge in Basic IT foundation with interest in digital tools, IT applications, and service management; Application & IT Service Management skills, including system support and operational coordination
- Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least four hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
