About this Position This role will focus on market segments such as Appliance & HVAC, Life Science (Medical), filtration & Heavy Equipment. These are mostly non-electronics applications and candidates with adhesives knowledge or hotmelt.

What You´ll Do
- Responsible for product recommendation, customized product applications, new product demonstration and troubleshooting for customers.
- Recommends solution and perform technical visits (meeting, audits, trials, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation.
- Reports and investigate quality issues / customers claim, collaborating with relevant parts of the organization
- Works with application equipment and support process optimization to provide solutions to enhance customer processes.
- Reports technical results and contributes to customer presentations.
- Perform the laboratory work (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from customers and report technical results to customers.
- Manage technical lab in Chonburi, ensuring timely maintenance and calibration of EQP. Perform regular tracking of chemical inventory & lab consumables. Ensure documentation of SOP and/or risk assessments. Support lab testing requests from SEA customers
- Project management and coordination on technical aspects of product application. Is responsible to work closely with global team and align on key projects and business priorities
- Works effectively on SBU and/or Regional specific projects. Contributes to project plans and helps the team to deliver project goals.
- Responsible to conduct product application and/or technical training for customers and internal team
- Responsible for directly communicating with sales, marketing, PD, Innovation, members of Application Engineering team or project team members.
- Share knowledge and experiences with team members.
- Promotes internal SBU Innovations and best learning cross accounts.
- Respects and promotes the internal Henkel SHEQ rules.
- Fluent in English communication and presentation skills

- Knowledgeable in Power Point, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and Statistical Analysis Software is preferred
