What You´ll Do
- To focus on sub-territory in Ningbo to develop new customer acquisition and further penetration with Loctite technology and portfolio; to build solid and trustworthy partnership while carrying out channel excellence initiatives.
- The primary objective is to achieve sustainable business growth through improving territory coverage and customer penetration, while "Sales Excellence, Project Pipeline, Application Expertise, Channel Excellence as well as Profitability & Product Mix" would be also prioritized as performance pursuits.
- Develop new customers, new applications and strengthen the cooperation with existing customers in their responsible areas in order to achieve sales growth (regular customer visits, provide customer training, on-site production line survey, laboratory testing for customers, trouble shoot and all other sales and technical support for the customers).
- Develop new distributor and manage distributors to achieve business growth (conduct monthly meetings, regular join calls with distributors' salesman, provide training to distributor etc.).
- Other office administration works and internal meeting/training.
- Living in Ningbo.
