- Challenges and enriches the company´s goals and strategies, incl. all short-, mid- and long-term fin. targets and any risk mitigation strategies
- Guarantees full achievement of regional basket targets by developing and executing the best-in-class strategies and action plans validated by ONE!GSC hubs (Global Sourcing Hub)
- Manages supplier selection, RFI and RFQ projects, Negotiation, Contracting and supplier performance processes Applies Effective Sourcing supplier risk assessment methodologies to ensure supplier continuity
- Identifies and implements best business partnerships in close cooperation with the regional Procurement KAM organization
- Aligns and cooperates with local offices, GBS+ teams, supply chain teams, contributing towards overall operational excellence
- Stays abreast of market conditions and trends (including global pricing benchmarks) to define / adjust category strategy and ensure supply continuity
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Supply chain, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement
- Negotiation skills, project management skills, experience in managing sourcing events, strategic sourcing mindset
- Category management understanding, supplier relationship management skills, ability to think entrepreneurially
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, other language considered as advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Pro-active and a self-driven work attitude

- Ability to work under pressure
- Open to business travelling abroad
