About this Position As part of the Business Development & Strategy team, you play a central role in shaping and driving the future of Henkel Consumer Brands. You work at the interface of strategy, portfolio steering, M&A and organizational transformation, closely partnering with senior leadership across the business.

- Lead the development, implementation and continuous evolution of the Henkel Consumer Brands portfolio strategy framework
- Steer and further develop the portfolio strategy, market intelligence and decision-support tool landscape
- Conduct rigorous internal and external analyses, including scenario modeling, to assess future market, category and business developments
- Manage and execute high-impact strategic projects, support M&A agenda and drive transformational initiatives
- Actively support M&A projects across the full lifecycle (strategic rationale, evaluation, integration support)
- Design and roll out best-practice guidance and strategic standards for change initiatives (e.g. resource allocation, operating model and organizational design)
- Act as a trusted thought partner to top and senior management on strategy, business development and portfolio decisions
- Drive greater consistency, efficiency and effectiveness across core processes and organization (operating model)
- Excellent university degree (Master’s or equivalent), e.g. in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Finance or similar
- 4-5 years of professional experience, preferably in strategy consulting (top-tier or well-regarded strategy/management consultancy), ideally complemented by experience in a corporate or industrial environment
- Proven track record in structuring complex strategic problems, leading cross-functional project workstreams and delivering tangible impact
- Strong experience in strategic business processes, project management and the development of analytical and digital decision-support tools
- Outstanding analytical capabilities, including robust financial modeling skills and advanced MS Excel proficiency
- Strong business ownership mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
- Ability to challenge the status quo, drive change and translate strategy into execution
- Highly motivated team player with strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills and storytelling ability, with fluent English language skills
