About This Position

• Ensure compliance with Henkel SHE standards and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Manage safety of on-site construction and PIT activities.
• Support implementation of safety production standardization and dual prevention systems.
• Conduct SHE inspections, drive corrective/preventive actions, and ensure effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  
  

What you´ll do

• Execute SHE policies and achieve company safety targets.
• Support safety system implementation at the plant.
• Supervise construction and site safety.
• Handle government inspections and regulatory interactions.
• Coordinate SHE-related communication with production teams.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Chemical Safety, or related field.
• Good English proficiency.
