What you´ll do

  • Execute local marketing campaigns and brand initiatives aligned with the overall Marketing Mix strategy.

  • Drive point-of-sale performance through initiatives focused on traffic, conversion, assortment, and sales growth.

  • Analyze sales performance, campaign results, consumer behavior, and commercial KPIs to identify opportunities and generate actionable insights.

  • Manage inventory performance to ensure product availability while minimizing stockouts, overstock, and product devaluation.

  • Support Sales teams with promotions, execution tools, reporting, and performance analysis.

  • Coordinate local product launches, promotions, pricing flows, events, and communication activities to strengthen brand visibility and execution excellence.

  • Previous experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales Operations, or related commercial areas.

  • Strong analytical and execution skills, with the ability to transform data and insights into action.
