What You´ll Do

  • Translates mid-term (ca. 12 months) production plan into the short-term (ca. 1-2 months) plan, creates rough-cut capacity plan
  • Develops short-term production and scheduling plans by line / technology, considering capacity, utilization and timing; aligning with Plant & Hub materials management to ensure production schedule; main contact towards production (plants, CMs + production steering)
  • Identifies short-term FG requirements in the markets and ensures execution of adequate business priority
  • Monitors daily actuals against weekly plan, tracks production schedule adherence, & recommends corrective action for non-adherence
  • Owns timely fulfillment of weekly tasks incl clean system data, MD completeness (e.g. Open Orders, Y-Status) & adjustment of parameters
  • Facilitates inputs pro-actively to Supply Reviews to highlight current/future availability issues & opportunities to grow
  • Secure proper new product introductions via strong collaboration with Lifecycle management & material planning team on (re)launching timings optimizing L16 cost & FG leftovers; ensure proper phase-out of old portfolio & pro-active communication along the PIPO
  • Supports on the inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies & composition, tracking and managing slow-movers, and sluggish
  • Performs defined Country KAM activities for small sized countries including KPI tracking and S&OP participation / contribution
  • Anticipates risk that might escalate and communicates to leadership and/or respective function in timely manner
  • Collaborate & communicate efficiently within the SCP Hub, and with the SCP Peers to act as one-team, regardless of the reporting stream.

What makes you a good fit

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of business administration or engineering with focus on supply chain
  • 1-2 years of experience In Supply Planning role or related, experience with FMCG business would be advantage.
  • Fluent English (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills are required (SAP is an advantage)
  • Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment and with colleagues from around the Globe
