About this Position The Content Specialist is responsible for defining and executing the content strategy on a quarterly basis, aligned with brand, platform, and paid/organic strategies. This role ensures that all content initiatives effectively target the right audiences, communicate key brand messages, and prioritize products to strengthen brand equity.
The position requires close collaboration with agencies, brands, and internal digital marketing and eCommerce teams, as well as strong ownership of budget management and campaign planning.

What You´ll Do
- Define and execute quarterly content strategies aligned with platform requirements and overall marketing objectives (organic and paid).
- Identify target audiences, key messages, and priority products to drive brand equity and business growth.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage and align with content agencies, brand teams, and internal digital marketing/eCommerce teams.
- Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality content across channels.
- Ensure all campaigns are executed on time and in line with strategic objectives.
- Plan and manage the content and marketing budget efficiently.
- Track spending and optimize investments to maximize ROI.
- Leverage knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem to enhance campaign performance.
- Support initiatives that drive engagement, conversion, and brand awareness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in content creation, content strategy, or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, especially in content and media.
- Creativity and strong storytelling abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Business mindset with the ability to align content to commercial objectives.
