About this Position The Planning Inventory Performance Manager Adhesive EU defines and drives the European inventory strategy across 9 Sub-BUs, balancing service level and cost to serve. The role leads inventory excellence through governance, KPIs, and performance management in line with Global Supply Chain best practices, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across the Adhesive Operations Europe (AOE) organization.

- Own and implement end-to-end inventory strategy across AOE domains
- Define, cascade and monitor inventory KPIs aligned with regional and global standards
- Analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive inventory governance through structured review cadence, dashboards, and reporting
- Partner with functional leaders, SBUs, and Process & Systems teams to optimize processes and systems
- Support decision-making with clear insights and recommendations
- Facilitate the EU Inventory Steering Committee chaired by AOE Head
- Represent Europe in the Global Inventory Community of Practice
- Lead cross-functional and cross-regional alignment with GSC and SBUs
- Coordinate planning network heads and project teams to ensure execution of initiatives
- 2 possible locations: Spain (Barcelona), Hungary (Budapest)
- Fluent English is a must (regional & global cooperation)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in supply chain planning, inventory management or supply chain performance
- Passion for inventory, planning, optimization topics
- Strong expertise in KPI management, data analytics (e.g. Power BI), ERP systems
- Proven project and change management experience (demanding & complex environments)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Six Sigma knowledge a plus)
