What You´ll Do

• Drives sales devel-t and growth with assigned customer portfolio and newly developed leads, where needed with new projects/dev-t programs.
• Executes local sales plans for assigned accounts in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers.
• Manages new leads and lead qualification within assigned customer scope.
• Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors.
• Works closely with others and other Henkel departments to provide the best customer experience.
• Executes pricing actions.
• Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities.
• Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account.
• Performs regular check of Supplier Portals incl. supplier news, quality / audit issues and production data updates of major accounts.
• Manages special requests incl. order release, credit limit, debit / credit / return goods.
• Supports transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards, e.g. price and contract management in the IT-system (SAP).
• Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
• Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• INT/EXT related working experience is preferred.
• 8+ years working experience.
• Adhesive for automotive related experience.
• Bachelor/Master‘s degree.
• Major in Chemical is preferred.
